Kids can experience anxiety which can be hard on them. Change is one of the triggers. These are great tips for helping them adapt. If they don’t it can affect their schooling and their social lives. Change can include a move, a new sibling, or something else.

- Fight or flight response may be triggered and add to anxiety as children don’t understand it
- Parents need to be there to help kids cope and encourage actions outside their comfort zone
