The new thinking about weight loss is that wearable technology may NOT be the best new thing for losing weight. This is based on 2 sets of people. One used the wrist technology and the other did not, but they both were supposed to use diet and exercise to help them loss weight. All people had lots of support and help during the study and surprisingly the non tech people lost the most weight.
