Vitamin D doesn’t prevent disease for most, study says

According to a recent study published in the British Medical Journal, vitamin D supplements do not prevent disease for most people. Vitamin is an essential vitamin that helps protect the bones, teeth and muscles. The study concludes that it may slightly help those who are at a higher risk of bone fractures, but not the general population. Their recommendation is to get more sunlight in order to help our bodies produce the vitamin naturally. There are also foods that have the vitamin naturally or as an additive.
